Verve Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Research Associate who is interested in developing mRNA technology for CRISPR-based genome editing therapeutics. You will join the RNA Technology & Manufacturing team and conduct laboratory studies to support process development and manufacturing of mRNA as a drug substance; these development studies will include enzymatic reactions, downstream purification, process optimization, process robustness, and scale-up. You will also assist in defining technical requirements of the process unit operations for tech transfer and implementation at a CMO. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of bioprocess development industry experience and a desire to contribute to a team focused on establishing science-based manufacturing solutions for a complex nucleic acid-based product.
