Luke Spence
Associate Director, IT Operations

Luke is the associate director, IT operations at Verve, with 9 years of experience in IT Operations. Prior to joining Verve, he was a senior manager of IT operations and services at CRISPR Therapeutics. Prior to his IT career, he held a variety of jobs and positions; including four years, in the US military, as an intelligence analyst embedded with an Apache squadron and medium infantry brigade and was honorably discharged, as a Sergeant. Following this experience, he went to culinary school, where he learned classic French cuisine, at the New England Culinary Institute in Essex VT. After moving to Boston to work at L’Espalier, he changed careers and moved into the IT field; most notably,  working for Dyax and CRISPR Tx.
