Kaitlin Duffy

Kaitlin Duffy is the executive director, human resources at Verve Therapeutics. She has over a decade of progressive human resources and talent management experience, within the biotech and technology industries.  Prior to joining Verve, she served as an HR business partner at Intellia Therapeutics and Sarepta Therapeutics. Ms. Duffy received her B.S. in marketing, from Boston College, and her M.S. in organizational leadership, from Quinnipiac University.  She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the HR Certification Institute.
